It's the first time that Amrith, Joel and I have attended a fun event at Infosys. Petit Infoscion was held on 13th Jan, 2007. This event invites families of Infoscions to spend an afternoon at the office for fun, games, fancy dress + talent competitions and food. It's pretty colorful with a theme to every year's event. This year was Hawaii.
Joel arrived at the venue breaking his afternoon nap. He was a little annoyed. But then, seeing the balloons, children did get him to cheer a bit. He wasn't in a mood to be friendly to strangers. The walking cartoons Tom, Jerry and Tweety scared him so much that everytime he saw them come near, he'd hold me tight and scream. Meeting them to early was a pain. After that he stuck to me full time. Had to carry him through out the event.
He did get down to check out the play pen. But that's about it. Amrith and he finished 2 plates of strawberry icecreams. We played games at 2 stalls and won chocolates. Finished with dinner which Joel tried to help me finish by feeding me. He refused to eat anything. Oh well! a tiring day for Amrith. But a memorable one for both of us. I hope Joel remembers at least some bits of this. :)
